Furthermore, Quiz Solver’s dynamic infrastructure extends its support to online quiz formats utilized by a variety of other higher education institutions, including but not limited to:

Virtual University of Pakistan (VU)
COMSATS University Islamabad
National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST)

Under no circumstances does Quiz Solver endorse, facilitate, or encourage academic dishonesty, cheating, plagiarism, or the violation of any educational institution's honor code.

By using our Services, you explicitly agree to the following:

You will not use Quiz Solver to submit work that is not your own in a manner that violates your institution's rules.
You are solely responsible for understanding and adhering to the academic policies, codes of conduct, and disciplinary guidelines established by your specific university or educational institution.

Quiz Solver assumes no liability for any academic disciplinary actions, loss of marks, suspensions, or expulsions resulting from the misuse of our Platform. The risk and responsibility of how you apply the provided solutions rest entirely with you.

4. Payment, Subscriptions, and strictly No Refund Policy

To access certain premium features of Quiz Solver, you may be required to purchase credits, subscriptions, or specialized access passes.

All sales and financial transactions processed through Quiz Solver are strictly final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our Services, the immediate delivery of digital goods (such as API calls, solution generations, and credit consumption), and the upfront costs associated with processing these requests, we cannot and do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Account Responsibility You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

Unauthorized Access You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Single User License Accounts are strictly for individual use. Sharing or transferring account access is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

In no event shall Quiz Solver, its directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, academic standing) resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, conduct of third parties, or unauthorized access.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
