Welcome to Quiz Solver. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any subscriptions, API credits, software access, or premium features on our platform.

Due to the strictly digital nature of the services provided by Quiz Solver, all sales are final and absolutely non-refundable. When you make a purchase on our platform, you are instantly granted access to digital tools, browser extensions, and automated AI generation capabilities. Because these digital goods and software licenses cannot be physically "returned," and because processing your LMS queries incurs immediate, unrecoverable computational costs on our backend servers, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.

By completing a transaction on the Quiz Solver platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Exhaustive List of Non-Refundable Scenarios

Our no-refund policy applies universally across all products, subscription tiers, and credit packages. To ensure absolute transparency, please be advised that refunds will not be issued for any of the following situations:

Change of Mind or Accidental Purchases

We do not provide refunds if you decide you no longer need the software after purchasing, or if you claim a transaction was made accidentally. Please review your selected plan and payment details carefully before finalizing the checkout process.

Unused Credits or Subscription Time

If you purchase a bulk package of API credits or a time-based subscription and fail to utilize the services before they expire, you are not entitled to a partial or full refund for the unused portion.

User-Side Technical Incompatibilities

You are entirely responsible for ensuring your hardware, OS, web browser, and internet connection are compatible with our platform. Local network blocks or inability to install extensions do not qualify for a refund.

Third-Party LMS Updates & Downtime

Educational institutions frequently update their website code. If an update breaks Quiz Solver's extraction rules, we will diligently work to fix it. However, downtime caused by third-party LMS changes is beyond our control and does not warrant a refund.

Violations of Academic Integrity

Quiz Solver is strictly built for educational, tutoring, and study assistance purposes. If you misuse our platform to violate your institution's honor code, or if we terminate your account for violating our Terms and Conditions, your access will be permanently revoked without financial reimbursement.

3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By agreeing to these terms during checkout, you legally waive your right to dispute the charge with your bank, credit card company, or payment gateway based on a desire for a refund.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated fraudulently or in direct violation of this written policy, Quiz Solver reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, ban your device IP address, and contest the dispute by providing the financial institution with your usage logs, digital signature, and this legally binding agreement.

4. Technical Support and Resolution

While financial refunds are not available, we are deeply committed to providing a highly functional and effective educational tool.

If you encounter software bugs, notice that a specific university LMS selector needs updating, or face server errors, we encourage you to immediately reach out to our administration team via the support section in your user dashboard. Our technical team is dedicated to resolving platform errors and ensuring you get the most out of your Quiz Solver access.
