We provide support for various learning management systems (LMS), including but not limited to Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) LMS, Kohat University of Science and Technology (KUST), Virtual University of Pakistan (VU), COMSATS University Islamabad, National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), University of the Punjab (PU), as well as standard platforms like Moodle, Canvas, and Blackboard.

Important Notice Our Services are expressly designed for educational and tutoring purposes. We strictly do not facilitate, support, or encourage academic cheating or dishonesty. By using our Services, you agree to utilize them strictly as a study aid.

C. LMS Extraction and Processing Data

Target Website Interactions: When you navigate to a supported URL, our software activates based on predefined extraction rules.
Quiz Content Parsing: When you initiate a query, our system temporarily extracts HTML elements (specifically the question fields and option fields).
No Personal LMS Data Stored: We only extract the educational content to send to our AI backend. We do not scrape, collect, or store your personal university portal login credentials, your student ID, your grades, or your academic history.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our Services for a variety of business and operational purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests:

To Provide and Facilitate Delivery of Services: Authenticating access and managing API credits.
To Generate Educational Solutions: Processing non-personal quiz text through AI models to generate study aids.
To Maintain Platform Security: Monitoring for fraudulent activity, unauthorized account sharing, and enforcing our single-user policy.
To Improve the Service: Analyzing usage patterns to optimize CSS selectors for shifting LMS structures.

Quiz Solver does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share information with Third-Party AI and Infrastructure Providers (securely transmitting anonymized quiz questions to AI partners), during Business Transfers (mergers/acquisitions), for Legal Obligations, or for the Protection of Rights.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies for Authentication, Preferences, and Analytics. You can configure your web browser to refuse cookies, but note that some parts of the Quiz Solver platform may become inaccessible or not function properly.

6. Data Retention

We keep your Account Data for as long as your account is active. Processing Data (quiz questions sent to AI) is retained temporarily in system logs for QA and is never tied back to your identity in long-term storage. Financial Records are retained for compliance.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption and SSL/TLS protocols. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. You access the Platform at your own risk and must keep your password confidential.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to Access, Correction, Deletion, Restriction, and Data Portability. To exercise these rights, navigate to your "My Profile" settings or contact our support team.

9. Children's Privacy

Quiz Solver is intended for use by university-level students and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Quiz Solver operates its core services from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in Pakistan.
